Rules and acceptable use

Please do

• Use numbers to protect your privacy, verify your own accounts and test your own apps.
• Wait for the timer before you give up on a number. Cancel a number you no longer need so it is refunded.
• Keep your login private and use a strong password.

Please do not

• Use VibeSMS for fraud, scams, identity theft or any other illegal activity.
• Harass, threaten or spam other people, or create accounts to do so.
• Try to get around a service's rules at scale, for example by mass-creating fake accounts.
• Try to cheat the wallet or refund system, abuse promotions, or attack, overload or probe our systems.
• Resell access to your account.

Numbers and codes

• A number works for one verification only and is held for a limited time.
• We cannot guarantee that a particular website will send a code to a particular number. If no code arrives, you are refunded.
• Once a code has been delivered, the purchase is complete and is not refundable.

What happens if rules are broken

We may cancel purchases, freeze a wallet while we look into a problem, suspend or close an account, and report illegal activity to the authorities.
