Privacy policy
Last updated 19 September 2026
We collect as little as we can. This page explains what VibeSMS keeps, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, the name and email Google shares with us. We never see your Google password.
- Wallet and order records: top-ups, purchases, refunds, the numbers you bought and the codes received on them.
- Technical data: basic logs (such as errors and the time of requests) that help us keep the service running and secure.
We do not ask for ID, and we do not sell your personal information.
How we use it
- To run your account, wallet and orders, and to show you your own codes.
- To process payments and refunds, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To answer support messages and to send account emails such as confirmation and password-reset links.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that help us run the service: our database and sign-in provider (Supabase), our payment provider (Bachs), our number supplier (HeroSMS) and our hosting provider (Netlify). They receive only what they need to do their job. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Your codes are private
The numbers and codes on your account are visible only when you are signed in to it.
Your choices
- You can change your name, email and password in your profile at any time.
- You can ask us to delete your account and personal data by messaging support. We may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as payment records.
Security
Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and are never stored by us in plain text. Money and orders are recorded so that they cannot be spent or refunded twice. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will note the date at the top. Questions? Message us on WhatsApp from the chat bubble on any page.
